The REBIRTH series depicts the DC Universe after Flashpoint. From the final chapter "City of Bane", "Psycho Pirate" is added to the Throne Legacy lineup!

Gotham City, where Batman has been banished and Hugo Strange and the Joker are running around as city police. The long-awaited three-dimensional figure of the villain with memories of the old world who supported the establishment of the Bane government. Wrapped in a red cloak was a standing figure with no use of energy. Unlike Bane's super strength or Batman's martial arts, his special ability of emotional manipulation that does not rely on muscular strength is expressed through natural poses.

A suit with different textures in red and black, a cloak with a large drape, and a golden Medusa mask whose expression changes depending on the angle of light. A simple costume with a two-tone theme is created with a rich amount of information so that it can be realized as a three-dimensional object. The finish is meticulously detailed, with scratches and wrinkles here and there, as well as the vivid back of the hand that shows it's a human being. In addition, the special base on the feet emphasizes Gotham's industrial image. The scratches and red rust carved into the steel deepen the sense of immersion in the world of the work.

A psycho pirate who greatly moves the story with his power of emotional manipulation, which is said to be able to drive even the gods mad, and his memories of the old world that everyone has forgotten. If you line it up with "Flashpoint: His Batman" and "Bane" from the same series, you can also express the iconic scene of "City of Bane".
